We have a rather large window in our bedroom and getting a bug screen for it was a bit expensive as it falls out the standard range. Time to bring out the table-saw and get to work!

Half-lap joints are ideal for this kind of application.

I stapled the cloth to the frame and then used trim to hide the staples.

All nice and trimmed up with the air nailer.

It seems I measured correctly and it fits.

I ended up replacing the cloth as it was too tightly woven for air to come trough, kinda defeating the purpose.
